It needs to be updated, particularly by the 2 weeks before school starts.
Need to figure out orientation times. Each semester we have two large orientation events. They are always held after 6pm as the University will not allow room reservations until after 6pm. So check in with Dan or Paul to find out their schedules and attempt to schedule them as early on once new instruction begins. We then open the center to students after we have had at least one orientation. We get many students who add without attending orientations and that is ok, but its' better if they go.
Once you have the dates and times post something like this:
"the selfpace Orientations for Fall 13 will be held Thurs Aug 29th and Friday Aug 30th from 6-7pm in 10 Evans. You don't need to attend both orientations but you do need to attend one"

Rules
You can determine what you want. Hours are determined by staffing and Course manager. We have found 11-5 is generally a good concentration of hours (staff will need to be out at times and this concentrates missing staff times more easily) Mornings are not well traveled at the center. Also friday 12-4, the building closes at 4pm so we generally close and start at noon so Course manager has chance to make dr appointments, get paper work done etc.
We require the students bring in a brief quiz based on the rules to verify they read them:

We advise this as it helps plug them in. They need to bring this in to get a computer acct.
